Overcoming Obstacles
Just 2 weeks before closing, the lender added major foundation repairs as a requirement to approve the buyers’ loan. With the seemingly unsurmountable task of getting all the right people lined up, we got to work and made all the inspections and repairs happen within the week and on time for closing with the extra bonus of thousands of dollars in savings for my clients by knowing the best structural engineers to handle the job!
